How To Access

To access the webinar please click the link sent in your Confirmation Email. It will look something like this:

and then follow the four instructions in the sequence below:

1. The ZOOM Video Conferencing App must be downloaded and installed
2.  Click the “open Zoom” button in the pop-up window
3. Click “join with video”, and let it connect
4.  Click “join with computer audio” – You will be on MUTE when you enter the webinar.
5. You will enter a Waiting Room. Your Trainer will admit you when ready.

MANDATORY ITEMS

✓ Student Workbook (if applicable in your Confirmation Email) – Must be printed before the training day.
✓ Pen & Notepad
✓ A Stable Internet Connection
✓ Computer either Desktop/Laptop
✓ Webcam, microphone and speakers, along with a headset is recommended to block out any background
noise.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Please click the link now to test your access to the virtual meeting room. If you have not previously downloaded Zoom you will be directed to download the software. This must be done before the day of training.
2. You will be required throughout the day to perform several activities and the instructor will go through how these are to be completed to a satisfactory level.
3. IMPORTANT: Upon successful completion of the program you will be required to provide your feedback. This will appear in your email on the day of training. The survey must be completed and submitted before your certificate will be issued.
4. Once your survey has been received your ISI certificate will be emailed to you and your employer. It is recommended once you receive your certificate that you take a photo so that you have evidence of training upon entering the field and various worksites.
