The Frontline Leadership Training – Safer Together is a 2-day program delivered by Australian Well Control Centre (AWCC) on behalf of Safer Together. This course equips frontline leaders with practical skills to lead teams safely and effectively in high-risk industries.
AWCC Frontline Leadership Training Safer Together (FLT Safer Together) is a 2-day development program designed for supervisors and frontline leaders working in high-risk environments. Delivered under licence and on behalf of Safer Together, this workshop builds leadership capability to create safer, more effective worksites.
This program blends group discussions, practical activities, and case studies to strengthen communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills. By completing this course, learners will gain the confidence to lead their teams in line with industry safety expectations. AWCC provides administrative and hosting support for this training. No prerequisites or medical requirements apply.
