Frontline Leadership Training

Leadership is the biggest influence on safety.

The Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training Program is a 2-day program developed by Safer Together and delivered by the Australian Well Control Centre (AWCC) on behalf of Safer Together. The course equips frontline leaders with practical skills to lead teams safely and effectively in high-risk industries.

The Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training Program is designed for supervisors and frontline leaders working in high-risk environments. Designed and built by industry for industry, this workshop strengthens leadership capability aligned with the Safer Together Safety Culture Framework to help create safer, more effective worksites.

This program blends group discussions, practical activities, and case studies to strengthen communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills. By completing this course, learners will gain the confidence to lead their teams in line with industry safety expectations.

The Australian Well Control Centre (AWCC) provides administrative and hosting support for the program.

No prerequisites or medical requirements apply.
