This hands-on, industry-aligned qualification equips future roustabouts, lease hands, utility workers, floormen and motormen with the practical capability and confidence needed to step onto site safely, competently and job-ready. With 12 essential units, including rig lease operations, gas testing atmospheres, 4WD operations, working at heights, confined space entry and more. Graduates complete the program with the full skill set required for entry-level drilling and well servicing roles.
